This patch focuses on laning balance and mid-game transitions. We see a number of heroes dominating early stages too heavily, and some items not finding their niche. Below is the full list of changes.


Heroes

A

Abrams

Abrams isn’t durable enough in lane for a melee hero. We’re increasing his base survivability.

I

Infernus

Infernus dominates lane too safely with the Catalyst + Flame Dash combo. We’re reducing his pressure.

Catalyst

  • Base damage: 75 → 65
  • Burn duration: 5s → 4.5s

Flame Dash

  • Travel distance reduced by 10%
  • Animation time increased by 0.1s

H

Haze

Haze has too high a win rate in high-MMR games. We’re making targeted nerfs to her ultimate.

Bullet Dance

  • Damage per shot: 30 → 27
  • Duration: 4s → 3.5s

We continue to monitor Haze. If these changes aren’t enough, we’ll revisit her in the next patch.


W

Warden

Warden is barely picked. We’re giving him more utility through Binding Word.

Binding Word

  • Capture radius: 250 → 300
  • If the enemy is held for the full duration, now applies a 30% slow for 2s after it ends

Alchemical Flask

  • Area of effect: 350 → 375

General Changes

  • Creep corpses no longer block shots 0.5s after death
  • Passive soul income: 85/min → 90/min
  • Zip lines between bases are now 8% faster in the first 10 minutes of a match
  • Fixed a bug where Rejuvenator did not restore health in the Urn zone
